Moving off Stocky

Keep reordering without starting from scratch.

Stocky stopped working on August 31, 2026. Shopify's admin still handles manual POs and suppliers, but not forecasting or reorder suggestions. That's the part Stockday does.

Bring your suppliers over with a CSV. Our import accepts Stocky's PO export, so you don't have to retype lead times and contacts.

How it works

Three steps, then it keeps up on its own

  1. Connect your store

We learn from your recent sales automatically.

  2. Add your suppliers

Lead times, minimums, and case packs.

  3. Reorder with confidence

Approve suggestions and turn them into purchase orders.

Check it yourself

Five things you can check for yourself

Once it launches, you can try each one on your own store during the 14-day trial.

  1. Set up without a projectGuided setup, and your first forecast runs on its own. No forms to fill in first.
  2. Forecasts that explain themselvesEach SKU shows its method, a range, a confidence label, plain-English reasons, and how accurate past forecasts were.
  3. One-click supplier POsOne click turns everything in Reorder now into a draft PO per supplier, with MOQs, case packs, and incoming stock applied. Send it from inside TEKRAID on every plan, even from your own domain, or from your own email.
  4. Stock writes you can trustNothing changes your stock in the background. You see before and after, then confirm. Receiving twice never doubles it.
  5. Sync health you can seeLast synced is always on screen. A nightly check repairs missed updates, and stale data gets a banner.

Questions

Common questions

I used Stocky. How do I bring my suppliers over?

Import them from a CSV. Our supplier import accepts Stocky's PO export, so you don't have to retype everything.

Why should I trust the forecast?

You don't have to take it on faith. Every SKU shows how it was forecast, the likely range, a confidence label, the reasons behind it, and how accurate past forecasts were.

Are there usage fees, per-user fees, or contracts?

No. You pay the flat plan price through Shopify and can cancel monthly.

Does it change my stock or products?

It never changes your products. Stock only changes when you confirm a receipt. You see the before and after first, and receiving the same line twice won't add it twice.

How much sales history does it use?

The order history Shopify makes available to the app, which is normally your recent orders. Forecasts sharpen as new sales come in.

How do purchase orders get to my suppliers?

Two ways, on every plan. Click Send in the app and we email the PO to your supplier with the PDF attached. Verify your domain in the app's email settings and it goes out from your own domain. Until then it comes from stockday@mail.tekraid.com with Reply-To set to you, so replies come straight to you. Or send it from your own email: the app opens a pre-filled message in your email program. You can always download the PO as a PDF or CSV too.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

We stop everything right away. Shopify asks us to delete your store's data 48 hours later, and we do.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall the app or cancel your plan in the app. Billing goes through Shopify, so charges stop with your subscription.

Replace Stocky without starting over.
